By accessing and using D.A.D. (Digital Addiction Disruptor), a product of Rotas Global Holdings LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

D.A.D. is a digital wellness application designed to help users interrupt compulsive scrolling behavior through gentle interventions, micro-actions, focus tools, journaling, and awareness tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Engage with Guardian Circles and Community features respectfully

4. Health Disclaimer

D.A.D. is not a medical service and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about digital addiction or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including guardian lines, micro-actions, the D.A.D. brand, and all associated materials are owned by Rotas Global Holdings LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Subscription and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on behalf of Rotas Global Holdings LLC. Monthly ($8/mo), Annual ($40/yr), and Lifetime ($200 one-time) plans are available. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Lifetime access is non-refundable after 14 days.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
